How To Use

  1. Take it under the tongue. Squirt a half of a dropper full directly under your tongue, hold for 5 seconds, swish it around in your mouth for another 5 seconds, then swallow.
  2. Add a dropper full to your coffee or tea. Enhance your morning routine by adding a serving to your favorite hot beverage. The heat does not destroy mushroom nutrients.
