How To Use

  1. Take it under the tongue. Squirt a half of a dropper full directly under your tongue, hold for 5 seconds, swish it around in your mouth for another 5 seconds, then swallow.
  2. Add a dropper full to your coffee or tea. Enhance your morning routine by adding a serving to your favorite hot beverage. The heat does not destroy mushroom nutrients.
  3. Add a dropper full to a smoothie. Mushroom extracts make great smoothie boosters. Add a dropper full to your morning smoothie or pre-workout protein shake.

When To Take

I’m taking these as suggested

"I’m taking these as suggested in the insert. I used to wake up every night, of and on. Now I’m sleeping mostly through the night and if I do wake up it’s very brief. My hands, which I could not bend my fingers, are much better and I have full movement of my hands and fingers. Seems everyone around me is getting sick- so far I haven’t gotten any of what’s going around. I do wish you could a tincture of Usnea."

"I love this! I have tried so many natural remedies to replace the ever growing list of meds my doctor keeps describing. I am 66, 5'4 , I exercise regularly and weigh 112. I also eat healthy- always have. In the past several years, I have been diagnosed with heart disease, high blood pressure, clogged arteries, insomnia, and anxiety/ depression.
